Our founder grew up by the Ku Mueang Canal in Chiang Mai — surrounded by quiet mornings, homemade sweets, and a deep love for simple things made well. As she traveled, she collected not just flavors, but stories.

Dalyn Gelato was born from this blend of home and horizon — a brand shaped by memory, wonder, and the soft beauty of handmade things.

At Dalyn Gelato, our mission is simple: support local, craft with purpose, and tell stories through flavor.
We work closely with Thai farmers and small producers to source ingredients that are seasonal, sustainable, and deeply connected to place — from coconut milk and pandan to herbs grown in northern gardens.

While our heart is rooted in Thailand, our mind stays curious. We explore global ingredients that complement our Thai soul — like hojicha from Kyoto or fig preserves from Europe — not to replace local identity, but to expand it.

Because to us, artisan gelato isn’t just about dessert. It’s about memory, meaning, and care — in every scoop.
